Pengelolaan dana yang efektif merupakan kunci keberhasilan pembangunan di tingkat kelurahan. Sosialisasi memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran sosialisasi pengelolaan dana dalam meningkatkan realisasi anggaran di Kantor Kelurahan Nunu. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam proses sosialisasi yang dilakukan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi yang terencana dan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan anggaran, sehingga realisasi anggaran dapat ditingkatkan.
