Pelatihan PTK Untuk Guru Sekolah Dasar Pahlawan

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan untuk guru-guru di SD Pahlawan Bangkinang, Kampar, Riau, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka dalam menerapkan PTK di kelas. Melalui pelatihan ini, para guru dibekali pemahaman tentang konsep dasar PTK, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan teknik analisis data hasil tindakan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode partisipatif, di mana para peserta secara langsung dilibatkan dalam simulasi dan praktik penyusunan PTK. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan, guru mampu mengidentifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran, merancang tindakan perbaikan, serta menganalisis hasil tindakan untuk peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.
