Inovasi Puding Daun Kelor Sebagai Langkah Cegah Stunting Bersama Mahasiswa KKN unit 82 UIN Sumatera Utara

Penelitian dari program kerja ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Desa Benteng Jaya, Kecamatan Sei Balai agar memahami pengertian stunting, memahami penyebab stunting, dan pencegahan stunting. Mahasiswa KKN Unit 82 UIN Sumatera Utara membuat inovasi sebagai langkah cegah stunting dengan memanfaatkan daun kelor yang di jadikan olahan puding. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian di program kerja ini meliputi penyuluhan yang dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan spanduk dan baleho, screening dan pembagian puding daun kelor dan lain sebagainya. Dari kegiatan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat Desa Benteng Jaya sangat antusias menyimak dan memperhatikan materi yang dipaparkan oleh penyuluh.
