Peningkatan Ketahanan Kesehatan Jiwa Remaja Di Posyandu Remaja Desa Bejijong Trowulan Mojokerto

Mental health disorders or depression are mental problems that are prone to occur in teenagers. Mental or psychiatric disorders can be experienced by anyone. Data in Indonesia shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and over experiences mental health problems. Community service consists of conducting assessments using the MHC-SF (Mental Health Continuum Short Form) questionnaire to assess and evaluate the mental health conditions of adolescents, providing material on adolescent mental health (communication, information and education) to increase the resilience of adolescent mental health, the target of the activity is posyandu teenagers in Bejijong Trowulan Village, Mojokerto. The measurement results showed that of the 30 teenagers, the majority (80%) of teenagers' emotional well-being was in the high category, the majority (83.3%) had high social welfare, and the majority (75%) of teenagers had high psychosocial health. The objectives of community service activities can be in accordance with the expected criteria. The benefits of community service activities can be felt by teenagers in Bejijong Village
