Penyuluhan Teknik Relaksasi Hypnobrithing Pada Ibu Hamil trimester III Dalam Persiapan Persalinan

Tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin berdampak semakin lamanya persalinan pada kala I. Kecemasan dan ketakutan dapat berdampak pada timbulnya rasa nyeri yang hebat dan berakibat menurunnya kontraksi uterus, sehingga persalinan bertambah lama. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil saat melahirkan dengan terapi hypnobirthing. Metode dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: Membagi kelas atenatal ibu hamil pada trimester III, membuat jadwal pelaksanaan, sosialisasi, melakukan pretest tentang Hypnobirthing. Dengan anamnesa, menentukan skala distress, menentukan saluran pembelajaran dan memulai sesi hypnobirthing sesi pertama dan diakhir sesi diberikan tugas membuat afirmasi positif tentang kehamilan dan persalinan, melakukan posttest tentang hypnobirthing dan menurunkan kecemasan ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan.
