Analisis Perbandingan Efektivitas Sistem PPDB Konvensional dan Online : Kajian terhadap Aspek Waktu, Biaya, dan Akurasi Data

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan efektivitas antara sistem PPDB konvensional dan online dengan fokus pada aspek waktu, biaya, dan akurasi data. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus komparatif, penelitian dilakukan di tiga sekolah menengah atas dengan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder kunci. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem online memiliki keunggulan dalam efisiensi waktu (15-20 menit per pendaftar) dibandingkan sistem konvensional (45-60 menit), serta menunjukkan penghematan biaya jangka panjang dengan tingkat akurasi data yang lebih tinggi (kesalahan 3-5% berbanding 8-12%). Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti kesiapan infrastruktur dan literasi digital masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem hybrid yang mengintegrasikan keunggulan kedua sistem untuk mengoptimalkan proses PPDB sesuai dengan konteks dan kebutuhan masing-masing daerah
