Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu Melalui Kreasi Olahan Nugget Paskile (Ampas Susu Kedelai Dan Ikan Lele) Untuk Mencegah Stunting Di Kelurahan Margomulyo

Persentase stunting Kabupaten Ngawi di angka 35% pada Tahun 2023-2024. Di lain sisi adanya limbah dari beberapa warga yang memproduksi susu kedelai menghasilkan ampas susu kedelai yang menambah residu untuk lingkungan sekitar. Melalui pemanfaatan limbah ampas susus kedelai dapat dijadikan menu kreasi penambahan makanan tambahan yaitu berupa Nugget Paskile (Ampas susu kedelai dan ikan lele) saat posyandu di kelurahan Margomulyo Ngawi. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui kreasi olahan Nugget Paskile bertujuan yaitu mengurangi tingkat limbah hasil produksi ampas susu kedelai, mencegah stunting, serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pembuatan Nugget Paskile untuk para kader posyandu Kelurahan Margomulyo. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan 1) perencanaan, 2) sosialisasi, 3) pelatihan, 4) bimtek/ bimbingan teknis, 5) pendampingan, dan 6) evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian berjalan dengan lancar dan mendapatkan hasil sangat baik berdasarkan hasil kusioner di akhir tahapan yang diberikan kepada kader posyandu.
