Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi digital dan dukungan teknologi terhadap kepuasan kerja staf manajemen generasi milenial di Pasar Induk Jatiuwung, Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 90 responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,478 dan nilai p 0,000. Dukungan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien 0,613 dan nilai p 0,000. Dukungan teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan daripada kompetensi digital. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kompetensi digital dan dukungan teknologi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja staf manajemen generasi milenial.
