Psychological well-being is an important aspect for workers, as it is closely associated with job performance, particularly among hospital workers. Doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other hospital employees are at risk of exposure to various infectious and potentially dangerous diseases. This occupational risk may contribute to lower levels of psychological well-being among hospital workers. Several factors may influence psychological well-being, including spousal support, coworker support, and work-family enrichment. This study aimed to examine and explain the relationship between spousal support and psychological well-being, with work-family enrichment serving as a mediator. A quantitative research method was employed involving 170 employees at a General Hospital (RSU) in Blitar City. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that work-family enrichment significantly mediated the relationship between spousal support and psychological well-being (z = 5.3033; p = 0.001). Spousal support was found to contribute to increased work-family enrichment, which in turn enhanced the psychological well-being of hospital workers. Therefore, hospital workers are encouraged to strengthen their work-family enrichment through self-development activities, training, and workshops aimed at improving their psychological well-being.
