Pemberdayaan UMKM Berbasis Kearifan Lokal terhadap Pengolahan Ubi Singkong Menjadi Kemplang Siap Konsumsi di Desa Talang Nangka, Kecamatan Lembak

Desa Talang Nangka yang terletak di Kecamatan Lembak Kabupaten Muara Enim, merupakan salah satu desa di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang Desa Talang Nangka memiliki perkebunan ubi yang sangat melimpah. Hasil panen ubi dijadikan produk oleh pelaku usaha UMKM yang ada di sana, salah satunya produk kemplang ubi. Selain diolah, hasil perkebunan (ubi) biasanya dijual di berbagai daerah. Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan program yang dilaksanakan dan diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat meningkatkan pendapatan usahanya dengan menerapkan pengembangan kemasan dan inovasi produk yang tepat guna bagi UMKM. Proses ini melibatkan warga desa setempat sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap pengolahan ubi singkong menjadi kemplang siap konsumsi di Desa Talang Nangka, Kecamatan Lembak.
